Children ski chalet
Kids are special so we do all that we can to give the children in your group a great holiday so that the adults in the party can relax and enjoy their ski holiday too!
Children's Meals
Family groups with Kids are great fun to have in the Chalet but often have different requirements. For example, for younger children we not only provide but also recommend an early Children's Dinner at around 6pm. The structure and content of these meals can be pre-arranged when you book but we always recommend parents speak to the hosts upon their arrival to confirm requirements.
Accommodation
The Chalet has 5 twin and double rooms and can easily accommodates 10 adults. However, we can accommodate up to 12 adults and children as we can add extra beds to some of the rooms.
Please talk to us about the best configuration for your group.
Cots and high chairs are available for infants.
Entertainment
We have a selection of Kids' films available on DVD, Sky TV is also available.
We also provide children's games and books.
Childcare & Nanny Services
The following options are available in Chatel
- The nursery in the centre of Chatel caters for children aged 3 months to 6 years. Demand is high and you need to book early. They have a large play area, organise lunch and afternoon naps for the children.
- Les Marmottons Kindergarten - Chatel has its very own kindergarten run by ESF aimed at teaching children to ski. Children are taken from the age of 3 - 6 and is open all day. There are a range of activities and packages available for children with full qualified supervisors throughout the day.
- An in-house nanny service is available from Jack Frost's who have been providing winter childcare for 10 years in the Portes du Soleil, and they expanded to cover Chatel last year.
- Childcare in the chalet - for an hourly rate will can offer an occasional childcare/babysitting service in our chalet. We are quite flexible and can discuss beforehand plans for the day for the child or baby.
