If you can't find it on this website we can provide assistance and advice on a whole range of subjects such as travel, insurance, ski schools, nanny services, ski & snowboard rental, snow conditions, family groups, etc., 7 days a week.

Resort Service
Our experience as a chalet couple has been invaluable in helping us to determine the comfort we want in our ski chalet for our guests. We are always available with help and advise to make sure you get the most out your stay with us.
A warm welcome at all times and the quintessential wooden ski chalet experience, comfortable bedrooms with balcony views, and winter warming vin chaud on comfy sofas sat around the log burning fire, good hearty food, not to mention at the end of a hard days skiing relaxing in the bubbling jacuzzi under the stars.
Food & Wine
Food and wine are a very important part of our client's ski holiday which we take very seriously from preparing breakfast, baking cakes for afternoon tea, 4 course evening meals and by buying quality wines.
We have a simple philosophy, which ensures you are served freshly prepared and interesting food with quality wines that meets the physical needs of a ski holiday that leaves you feeling full and satisfied.
We can cater for almost all dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies, etc.
Ski Hosting
To help you get the most from your holiday we offer 2 days of ski hosting
to our guests. We'll accompany you out your days skiing to enable us to
show you around the mountains and pistes within the huge Portes
du Soleil ski domain.

2 Way Radios
To help you keep in touch when out on the mountain we have a set of walkie talkies for our guests use. These are great for keeping large or small groups in contact, saving on expensive mobile phone calls.
Chauffeur Service
Our minibus will take you to the ski lifts in the morning and pick you up in the afternoon, a door to slope service no need for walking around in ski gear.
We will collect you on arrival at Geneva airport and return you at the end of your stay.
Please note - Complimentary transfers for arrival times between 10.00am & 4.00pm and departure from chalet between 7.00am & 10.00am, with at least 4 people per vehicle.
For arrivals/departures outside of these times we may need to arrange alternative transport for you (at an extra cost).
Lift Passes
We will provide advice, organise payment for and collect your ski lift pass without you having to leave the chalet.
Ski & Snowboard Rental
We can help you save 10% on your Ski and Snowboard Equipment Rental at our preferred rental shop which provides a professional service.
