Les Gets is one of the 14 ski resorts that make up the Portes Du Soleil. Just 1 hour from Geneva airport, Les Gets is a charming 800 yr old savoyard village.
Us at AbsoluteAlps do not have any Ski Chalets in Les Gets as yet, so we've been talking to Mountain & Tradition. This is a small independent company offers Catered Chalet Holidays to Les Gets. It is run by Raphael and Jana, Raphael being born and bred in Les Gets there's no better person to show you the village and surrounding ski slopes.
Fully Catered Chalets
Their two Les Gets Chalets are Chalet Novelin and Chalet Le Replan. Both are fully catered chalets, sport very convienient locations, log fires, hot tubs and all the french hospitality you could wish for!
The local slopes to Les Gets are ideal intermediate areas, with many wide blues and reds meandering their way through the snow covered mountains. For the adrenaline junkies out there the next part of the Portes du Soleil Ski Area attached to Les Gets is Avoriaz. It's high open bowls above the tree line offer endless potential for the more advanced skier & powder hound.
