Well we woke up this morning to find a good covering of snow over the village and the forecast for the cold spell to continue for the next week at least.

Hopefully this is a good sign for the season ahead Рon a technical note the North Atlantic Oscillation & developing La Ni̱a weather patterns are running opposite to the way they did last season which should ensure a repeat of last years poor snowfall is unlikely. So the people in the know are saying.
